School updates Midterm

Dear Parents/Guardians,
The school is pleased to announce that we are unaffected by the recent product recall. I met with representatives of the company suppliers and we did a full audit of the products and materials used in the school. The school has been deep cleaned over the midterm and will open as scheduled on Monday the 2nd of November. We continue to prioritize the Health & Safety & the Well Being of the School Community .We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with the new protocols and measures in our school. We have been COVID free to date and we will continue to work tirelessly to keep Staff and Pupils safe.
I am very mindful we have transitioned to Level 5 and we would appreciate your support with the Drop, Set & Go measures in the morning & afternoons. Staff are supervising the safe arrival and dismissal of the Pupils. Please do not congregate outside the wall. If you have to collect you child due to illness or an appointment, please wear a mask when signing out. We will continue to work collaboratively to maintain safety within the School Community.
School Management had a virtual advisory meeting with the Inspector on Thursday the 22nd of October. We received an exemplary report based on the full implementation of Department guidelines in relation to Health & Safety, Teaching & Learning. This is a further endorsement of the outstanding collaboration between School and Home. I wish to extend our sincere condolences to Emma our 6th class pupil who lost her dear Mum Clare Filipiak during the midterm. We extend our deepest sympathy also to her husband Paul and son Mark at this very sad time.
